In Gods We Trust will mark Andrew Schoultz’s first solo exhibition at Marx & Zavattero in San Francisco. The show opens September 4th.
While Schoultz’s work has long had political and environmental overtones, this most recent series features some new iconic American images such as The Statue of Liberty, George Washington, and Abraham Lincoln.
This will be a strong show to check out.
For those in LA, you will also be able to see Schoultz’s work part of the Roberts & Tilton’s grand re-opening group exhibition. The gallery moved from Wilshire to Culver City!
To celebrate their new (massive) space, they will present monumental works by their gallery artists.
Some of my favorites artists will be part of this show: Delphine Courtillot, Adam Janes, Matt Leines, Becca Mann, Barry McGee, Faris McReynolds, Ed Templeton, and Ai Yamaguchi. Yes this sounds very inspiring.
The show opens September 6th. See you there!
